Radar Charts
A lot of my HR reports and analysis comes from referencing sports analytics. Performance is performance, right? And I’d argue that is more analysis on the Chicago Bulls run in the 90s than the whole of Human Resources Analytics.
Are metrics fall in to three main categories: Calls, Chats, and Cases. I took inspiration from JS Charting and his use of Radar Charts

My report is a more primitive, working off the 3 sources of data.
Where the blue area is the current week, and the redline is last week’s.
I wanted to make this adaptable to leadership, so I added a drop down list for employees and weeks allowing them to easily change the data.
Each specialist also has a different expectation, so in order to properly graph these, I added Expectations tabs that will update the Radar chart.
